While Jammony provides the needed tools and assistance for bypassing unnecessary mortgage fees, the company faces decades of borrowers relying on referred mortgage lenders and brokers. Research by Jammony revealed that using a "preferred" lender means spending an average of $3,000 more in closing costs.
OBSERVATIONS: The solution to solving the issues of putting "trust" over researching mortgages rests in education. A longterm solution for this challenge is to create an educational resource that educates borrowers on the details of the mortgage industry and how to take advantage of research tools.
